The Red Tide Orcs (named after their custom of painting themselves red before battle) rule the land north of the River Dess as far as Vistav and the upper reaches of the Deshir Mountains. Both Machan and Aseti armies have tried to eradicate them for centuries--with little success. Among the remaining orc tribes, the Red Tide are the most feared and most accomplished. Their armor and weapons are the finest made in all Orcdom.
