Guilds

Guilds have existed in Phyrra for thousands of years. Often the names have changed but the longevity of a guild is usually indicative of the quality of its members.

Guilds are groups of duelists who work together to improve their fighters through shared strategy and resources. The breadth of sharing is different among the different guilds.

Members of a guild can participate in a unique guild ladder as well as guild tournaments where the members of one guild can compete against the members of another guild. In chat each guild also has a guild chat function, allowing them to talk only to their guildmates.

Guilds have varying ways of selecting members, some accept all comers, while others have an application system, while others have a training guild/proving ground system.
