[edit] What is an 'Extreme Attack'?
An extreme hit is one that does significant damage - even more than a critical strike. Extremes occur as a result of your crit% (approxmaticly) 18% of your crit%), and the damage they do is affected by your weapon damage, strength, speed, precision, Attack Rating and perception. With Precise Strikes, the damage is not based on your strength, rather more on your speed, perception and precision.
