Before the voice can get back into your head, you grab Fizroy and tell him to inoculate you. Quickly.

Fizroy jams the bottle into your hands and holds his arms in front of his face, wincing slightly.
"Well, you know, drink it..." he says, peeking from between wide-stretched fingers. As you raise the glass jar to your lips, he shuts his eyes. The acrid tasting yellow liquid oozes down your throat and a mad voice screams in your head.
"Oh no you don't, you piggy! I'll have your skin for this! Don't you dare!"
The jar is ripped from your hands mid-gulp and smashed against the stone wall. The rest of the vaccine dribbles to the floor and evaporates in a foul-smelling cloud. You turn to see a group of Singlemind staring at you and grinning. The blank stares have left their faces and they are leering at you with murderous glee in their bloodshot eyes.
One of them, an Orc with broken tusks and thick, bloodstained tendrils waving from his ears, opens his mouth and ejects a thick, green stalk. It slaps against your face and, upon touching your skin, bursts into flame. The Orc screams and the rest of the newly-crazed Singlemind take a step back, into a waiting group of Elementals, who set upon them in an explosion of fire and stone.

Kel falls to the ground in a pile. You take a moment to say goodbye to your friend, but are interrupted by a choked scream and yet another familiar image. Fizroy being dragged away down a long, stone corridor.
