A characters build refers to how that character is designed to battle, typically the name of the build refers to the skill that is essential to that build and is the primary focus of that character. As a general rule of thumb all Attributes should be devoted to enhancing the particular skill that makes that character. Most builds rely on the last skill of the high path for the character.
Whilst there are a number of builds listed on these pages there are by no means a definitive list. Most skills have yet to be properly tested and could prove to be extremely useful against certain opponents and builds.
[edit] High Path of the Assassin Builds The High Path of the Assassin builds usually focus on maximizing Speed and Perception in order to frustrate their opponent with a high percentage of Dodges and Critical attacks. The skills Shadow Meld and Precise Strikes are the most commonly used. The High Path of the Assassin is often considered one of the weaker High Paths in Duels 2.0. [edit] High Path of the Warrior Builds The High Path of the Warrior builds usually focus on maximizing Strength in order to whittle away their opponents Health quickly. The Warrior skill Arms is the most widely used and in the games current state is the most successful skill in the game. [edit] High Path of the Druid Builds The High Path of the Druid builds usually focus on maximizing Stamina in order to stay in the game for as long as possible. Maximizing the effects of Magus Blood and the most commonly used skill Ice Storm. However other Druid Builds focusing on Speed and Perception also have had success too. After a recent Patch update Ice Storm Druids have become very popular thanks to increased Health.
[edit] High Path of the Mage Builds The High Path of the Mage builds usually focus on maximizing Speed and Perception. The most commonly used skills such as Wand Slinger and Hold Person both reward high damage, with the use of the skill Magus Blood allowing for regeneration to cover any damage incurred yourself. Other builds focusing on the skill Blood Mastery have also proved successful too. |
